About the position

The Supply Chain Program Manager at Aerotek plays a crucial role in the sourcing organization, focusing on program and project management to ensure the successful introduction and ramp-up of new products within the supply chain. This position emphasizes the orchestration of deliverables from the sourcing sector for prototypes, pilots, and volume deliveries, particularly for complex parts. The role also involves overseeing cost reduction initiatives and supporting project teams in overcoming obstacles to maintain program progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support for new product introductions (NPI) and other sourcing projects.
• Monitor and drive end-to-end project execution across line functions and suppliers.
• Support project team members in removing bottlenecks and constraints that hinder program progress.
• Drive the definition of complex parts programs across procurement, engineering, and suppliers.
• Coordinate supply management deliverables including complex part lists, make/buy decisions, and supplier selection.
• Interface with Supply Chain Engineering to ensure deliverables are met, including statements of work and manufacturing flow.
• Signal financial consequences of supply chain resources and supplier costs.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Materials Management and SAP ERP.
• Strong background in supply chain analytics and supply chain management.
• Senior level experience in program and project management.
