About the position

The Supply Chain Program Specialist (SCPS) role is designed to provide essential support to various supply chain projects, particularly those with a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) assigned. The position focuses on managing critical aspects of supply chain operations, including CTB management, second source qualification tracking, allocation delivery, and ensuring material readiness. The SCPS will leverage their extensive supply chain knowledge to adapt to the needs of different projects, addressing risks and shortages effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to projects with an assigned Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM).
• Manage CTB (Change to Business) and communicate any associated risks.
• Observe and mitigate supply risks and shortages.
• Track second source qualification processes.
• Ensure allocation delivery and material readiness.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Experience in project support within supply chain contexts.
• Ability to manage risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with proprietary information handling.
