About the position

The Supply Chain Project Coordinator at ATEC Wireless is responsible for supporting the Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within established timelines. This role involves collaboration with Project Managers and Finance teams to manage Purchase Order (PO) requests and ensure timely closure of POs upon project milestones completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance teams to receive and process Purchase Order (PO) requests.
• Review open PO reports to prevent duplicate requests.
• Ensure timely closure of POs upon completion of project milestones.
• Provide monthly reporting on PO creations, open POs, and any receiving needs.
• Support Engineering (Development, RF, Operations) teams on new site builds, site modifications, backhaul, and special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with finance and purchasing standards for POs and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and T-Mobile Scopeworker is preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Incubator software.
• Background in accounting and/or telecommunications, especially in Project Coordination (PC) or Project Management (PM), is preferred.
