The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable for ensuring the robustness and efficiency of Supply Chain processes at both the corporate and local levels. Through a comprehensive roadmap of global projects, we aim to drive transformation and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Our team also focuses on documenting and sharing best practices while delivering and maintaining KPIs that measure and enhance overall Supply Chain performance. We are seeking for a Project Manager with strong expertise on demand & planning processes and tools, to be able to lead projects but also to bring his/ her support to the Business Process Referents on some specific missions if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the D&P stream for a change of distribution flows in the US: implementation of new warehouses for some ranges, changing, from hub & spoke model to direct model for some others.
  • Support to a multi-sourcing project for reagents, for the D&P part.
  • Leading a project aiming to better integrate some ranges in our DRP tool for reagents (OMP).
  • Leading a project to optimize the management of RSL (remaining shelf life) for reagents.
  • Monitor and report the progress and the budget of projects.
  • Animate the different governances to ensure good communication, efficient steering, and optimal management of change and risks.

Requirements

  • Master Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in an international context.
  • Significant experience on Demand Management and/or Planning processes, worked in project mode as leader or contributor.
  • Comfortable with systems in general, ideally with a strong background on at least one of the systems: OMP, b2Wise, SAP APO-DP, SAP ECC.
  • Good analytical skills and the capability to handle different subjects in parallel.
  • Structured and organized work style.
  • Good leadership and communication skills to efficiently lead projects and manage change successfully.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Fluent in English.
