About the position

Pilatus is hiring a Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will oversee the identification, planning, implementation, and tracking of global Supply Chain projects. A successful person in this position will collaborate globally with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution
• Communicates project status, progress, risks and issues to senior management and project stakeholders
• Coordinates project activities across global cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
• Extracts data from various sources, including Quantum and SAP
• Analyzes supply chain and master data as well as business processes and presents findings to the project team and senior management
• Participates as a contributing member of project teams
• Assists with other projects as assigned and supports key members of senior management as needed
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Analyzes supply chain data to proactively identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvements
• Manages project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field
• Experience with complex data analysis related to supply chain functions
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and independently
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software; SAP and PowerBI knowledge is preferred
• Project management experience is a benefit
• PMP or APICS Certified is a benefit
• Experience in the aviation industry is preferred
