About the position

The Supply Chain Project Manager at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple supply chain projects in North America. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of projects that range from large engineering investments to business process optimizations. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the NAM Supply Chain's Strategic Operations Leader and will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while adhering to budget and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the simultaneous implementation of 1 to 5 Supply Chain projects in North America.
• Plans and coordinates a programmatic work plan that aligns with the proposed budget for each project.
• Manages the project team's day-to-day activities to ensure deliverables are met and reviews activities for adherence to deadlines and budget expectations.
• Manages the project change control process, including communicating implications of changes to the project sponsor.
• Identifies and assesses issues or risks that may arise, reporting them to the project sponsor.
• Prepares and coordinates reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensures successful completion of all NAM Supply Chain projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of related project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of Critical Path or Critical Chain methods, and resource loading.
• Experience with Planview or similar tools.
