About the position
The Supply Chain Project Manager will provide global operations leadership for new product development projects within the medical devices and supplies sector. This role involves developing operations strategies, coordinating supply chain readiness, and partnering with various functions to ensure project success, including commercial viability and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide global operations leadership to assigned new product development projects.
- Develop operations strategy and execute project plans from project charter to global launch.
- Coordinate supply chain readiness tasks for assigned projects.
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong cross-functional teams and mentor team members.
- Participate in New Business Development activities including due diligence and business case development.
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and drive improvement activities.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
- Degree preferred.
