At HP Hood LLC, we are looking for a self-driven Project Manager who is eager to advance their career and make a significant impact on our team. This role is crucial as it involves overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization using the Management of Change framework. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, research and development, and other departments to drive project success and operational efficiency. The Project Manager will build and lead project timelines, define critical paths, track activities to ensure that functional team members meet agreed-upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues as necessary. This role also involves leading project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle, and facilitating both in-person and virtual team meetings. The Project Manager will identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project delivery and support product trials by facilitating pre- and post-trial meetings and providing on-site support for operations. In addition to managing the project lifecycle and providing regular status updates, the Project Manager will ensure that project objectives align with overall business strategies. They will monitor deliverables to meet intended outcomes and adjust accordingly to meet company results. Adherence to the Management of Change process with key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential, as is providing ongoing training on the Management of Change process and supporting tools. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement efforts by fostering an open, collaborative space to lead after-action reviews that identify areas for improvement and highlight best practices. This position may require up to 25% travel, and other duties may be assigned by the manager.
