About the position
The Supply Chain Solutions Manager in Product Management at Niagara Bottling will lead a product team focused on enhancing process improvements within the Supply Chain Planning organization. This role emphasizes the deployment of advanced technology, including Data Science and AI tools, to optimize supply chain processes. The manager will guide a team of product managers, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of technology projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a product team responsible for process improvement within the Supply Chain Planning organization.
- Develop technology roadmaps for all Supply Chain functions in collaboration with Supply Chain leadership.
- Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to align on technology project priorities and monthly goals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology projects and review project status periodically.
- Publish updates on the status of various initiatives to Supply Chain team members and stakeholders.
- Guide team members on system design, development of test cases, and business requirements documentation.
- Research enterprise system vendors and advise on suitable technologies for supply chain process evolution.
- Mentor team members to advise leadership on optimization methods and technologies.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to design dashboards and reports for new process adoption.
- Support change management by developing standard operating procedures and user acceptance test scripts.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Technology Consulting or Software Product Management.
- 6 years of experience building or implementing Supply Chain Planning systems.
- 2 years of experience managing people/projects.
Nice-to-haves
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting or Software Product Management.
- 10+ years of experience building or implementing Supply Chain Planning systems.
- 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
