About the position

As Meta Data Center infrastructure grows its scope and scale, our partner's Manufacturing footprint also expands. This requires more organization and integration of activities within Meta and between Meta and multiple manufacturing sites. Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to drive Transformation, Automation, and Process Efficiency projects in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Process, Systems and Tools, Master Data, and Product Data focused. The Program Manager will be responsible for turning individual Engineering & Operations project requests into Programs with clear problem statements and deliverables and lead through implementation and adoption. This role will involve driving an overall project plan, action trackers, and decision tracking for projects focused on Systems and Tools supporting Supply Chain data and manufacturing processes. The Program Manager will establish clear metrics for Projects around process and tools improvements and drive continuous measurement and improvements. They will also be responsible for managing Quality Excursions triggered by supplier/Data Center or Manufacturing quality alerts, defining and driving risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will self-ideate opportunities to improve Meta processes in relation to Master Data Management, Rack Manufacturing collaboration, and Manufacturing Quality Engineering practices. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams made of various Supply Chain functions, navigating resource constraints and conflicting priorities to align to shared Process/System improvement goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for turning individual Engineering & Operations project requests into Programs with clear problem statements and deliverables and lead through implementation and adoption

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience within computer hardware manufacturing supply chain execution, hardware lifecycle, manufacturing test processes, and PLM processes and tools
  • Experience identifying problem statements and structuring into a program with clear and measurable goals and milestones
  • Experience developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan, scope and budget
  • Experience executing against strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity
  • Experience proactively identifying risk and establishing risk mitigation plans for execution
  • Experience creating and following a structured communication plan to keep stakeholders and customers informed
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Industry wide Master Data Management techniques, tools and strategies
  • Knowledge in interfacing systems and ecosystems of manufacturing tools and process, software lifecycle to deliver tooling
  • Knowledge in manufacturing process and traceability processes, value stream mapping and process improvements
  • Stakeholder Influence and Strategy: Experience establishing partnerships with stakeholders to define and drive roadmaps and direction
  • Bachelors in Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
