About the position

The Supply Chain Solutions Program Manager at Meta is responsible for driving transformation, automation, and process efficiency projects within the supply chain and manufacturing processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, developing integrated solutions, and leading implementation programs to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and needs for transforming their supply chain.
  • Partner with IT and engineering teams to develop an end-to-end solutions architecture that integrates across Meta.
  • Develop and maintain a Supply Chain roadmap that aligns with business priorities.
  • Lead implementation programs, including gathering business requirements and managing change.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes related to master data management and manufacturing quality.
  • Influence teams to prioritize transformation and efficiency programs.
  • Establish clear metrics for projects and drive continuous measurement and improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and development support for peers in manufacturing and supply chain best practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in program management of manufacturing supply chain execution and business transformation.
  • Experience in identifying problem statements and structuring them into programs with measurable goals.
  • Ability to execute against strategy and manage through obstacles and ambiguity.
  • Experience in proactively identifying risks and establishing mitigation plans.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder influence and strategy, establishing partnerships to define roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • End-to-end Supply Chain solutions architecture experience across technology stacks and suites.
  • Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain-related fields.
