About the position

The Supply Chain Specialist II at Nike plays a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations for Marketplace Partners. This position focuses on maintaining a healthy order book and driving optimal delivery performance, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and on time. The specialist will work closely with various teams, including Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution Centers, to meet financial objectives and enhance supply chain efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for Marketplace Partners accounts.
• Conduct operational calls, order book audits, and order writing workshops to influence Partner order writing behavior.
• Monitor key KPIs and partner with Business Analysts on ship goal forecasts.
• Provide insights to Ship to Plan processes by collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Drive standard reporting to ensure on-time delivery and efficient supply chain flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, and Tableau.
