About the position

The Supply Chain Specialist at Matrix Medical Network plays a crucial role in managing the supply chain processes, including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory verification. This position supports the organization in delivering essential medical supplies and equipment to ensure comprehensive health assessments for diverse populations. The role emphasizes efficiency, communication, and teamwork within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform job duties safely and report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Utilize technology such as tablets and scanners to pick supplies and lab test kits, then record data to generate shipping labels
• Receive vendor orders and customer returns, properly inputting them in the Inventory Management System (IMS)
• Assist in physical inventory counts
• Organize the warehouse and ensure aisles and exits are clear of boxes and materials
• Communicate in a customer service capacity with medical professionals and leaders to resolve inventory/order questions and concerns
• Participate in team meetings, providing feedback on warehouse processes and improvements
• Learn new processes, procedures, and technologies as required
• Perform other duties as assigned, including kitting, organization, cleaning, and equipment processing

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Time management skills
• Experience in order processing, replenishment, and ordering
• Warehouse experience
