About the position

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst at The Chefs' Warehouse is responsible for supporting existing operations and assisting with implementation projects related to warehouse management systems and demand planning tools. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to identify business system needs and create logical solutions using JDE applications. The analyst will coordinate project development requests, ensure timely delivery of quality system applications, and facilitate continuous improvement projects from both a technology and business process perspective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the implementation/upgrade team on project development requests.
• Prepare development estimates and timelines, prioritize development among the team, and ensure on-time delivery of quality system applications.
• Work with the business to document complex requirements and assess functional solution options.
• Configure the environment to test options and complete functional specifications.
• Ensure all program changes have been tested and approved before promoting projects to production.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects from both technology and business process perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in information technology, computer science, or Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years' experience on project implementations, either application upgrades or rollouts to additional locations.
• 3-5 years' experience with major warehouse management systems.
• Experience with advanced setup for facility systems configuration, user acceptance testing, and systems audits.
• 3 years of experience writing functional specifications for business enhancements, reports, and EDI transactions in accordance with SOX requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Purchasing and other Supply Chain modules.
• Familiarity with advanced pricing setup and configurations.
• Basic knowledge of Integration and EDI data exchange protocols.
