About the position

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Department's Supply Chain Systems, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management, Merchandising, and Planning. This hands-on position serves as a key technology partner to the Supply Chain and Operations teams, ensuring effective system configuration and support while fostering collaboration across various departments. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to contribute to meaningful improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be the functional owner of the system(s) that support WMS, Order Management & Operations functions.
  • Act as the liaison between the Supply Chain/Planning/Ops teams and the IT team.
  • Understand, document, and own the system configuration for the Manhattan SCALE WMS platform.
  • Work closely with system vendor teams to coordinate support tasks, enhancement efforts, and system maintenance tasks.
  • Provide escalated support for specific system functions.
  • Build relationships internally and externally to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across the organization to support merchandising decisions, directives, and initiatives.
  • Maximize the productiveness of the store footprint and seasonality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an omni-channel retail environment (eComm and Brick-&-Mortar).
  • 3-5 years of systems support and analyst experience within a supply chain organization.
  • 3-5 years of systems experience with industry-leading WMS &/or OMS systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, JESTA I.S.).
  • Experience with delivering training, both formally and informally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive analysis into action.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to set challenging goals and work through others to achieve results.
