This position is essential for maintaining the operational flow of supplies, which directly impacts patient care. The technician is responsible for receiving and keying in supplies, ensuring that they are delivered accurately and promptly to the appropriate departments. This includes handling legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices, all while adhering to the core competencies of the role.
