About the position

The Supply Chain UAT Analyst / Testing Manager IV is responsible for managing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for supply chain operations. This role ensures comprehensive end-to-end testing aligns with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and vendor partners, to define testing needs, develop test cases, and facilitate go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define testing requirements and scope for supply chain operations.
• Draft and develop test cases based on business acceptance criteria.
• Review and influence external test plans with IT partner teams and vendors.
• Manage vendor partner testing (3PL) and coordinate testing plan details.
• Oversee test execution and monitoring, ensuring environments are configured and user access is validated.
• Provide daily status reports and conduct defect management meetings.
• Prepare comprehensive test exit status reports and support go/no-go decisions.
• Plan and manage business validation testing (BVT) for production go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain testing or user acceptance testing.
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes and supply chain systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with UAT tools and traceability software.
• Understanding of 3PL/4PL testing environments and vendor management.
• Familiarity with SLA management and root cause analysis.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in testing.
