About the position

The Supply Chain WMS Business Analyst will work closely with the Giant Eagle client to enhance and manage supply chain systems, particularly focusing on transportation systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business analysis skills to ensure effective project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage small teams or project teams to deliver supply chain solutions.
• Analyze and document business requirements for supply chain systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in transportation systems.
• Utilize SQL scripting for data analysis and reporting.
• Create process maps and documentation using MS Office tools like Visio or Lucid.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of Technology Business Analyst experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience in managing small teams or project teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• IIBA Certification is required.
• Technical skills in MS Office, SQL scripting, Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with Linux OS.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Supply Chain Systems, specifically Manhattan TLM version 2014 or newer.
