About The Position

The Supply Coordinator at KDI is responsible for processing and fulfilling customer supply needs, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer support. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's reputation for personalized service and support while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on customer service experience required
• Documented record of achievements is a plus - preferably in customer service
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Clean driving record and criminal background
• Drug free
• Detail oriented
• Proficient with computer operation
• Exceptional and professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in account management (1 year preferred)

Responsibilities

• Possessing and exhibiting a positive attitude at all times
• Being punctual and reliable
• Taking/Making phone calls and/or emails to provide customer support related to supply needs through both electronic alerts and customer phone calls
• Ordering and fulfilling supply orders through electronic web-based order systems
• Aiding and assuring accurate supply inventory counts and stocking levels
• Effectively communicating and responding to KDI employees' inquiries
• Effectively communicating and responding to customers' inquiries
• Communicating with upper management with any and all escalation needs or issues
