About the position

The Supply & Demand Planner will be responsible for managing the availability and stock turn performance of a designated group of products within the company. This role involves utilizing the Relex forecasting and replenishment system to oversee demand forecasting, product lifecycle management, and order placement. The position requires collaboration with various departments to monitor stock levels and track outstanding purchase orders throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the demand forecast and lifecycle of assigned products.
• Place orders for products based on demand forecasts.
• Collaborate daily with Category Management, Branch Operations, Space Planning, Central Distribution, and Suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and the progress of outstanding purchase orders.
• Analyze stock turn performance and availability of products.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Relex or similar forecasting systems.
