About the position

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences for the platform. This role involves managing the supply acquisition funnel, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring that the experiences align with the project's brief. The position requires a creative and organized individual who can support teams in bringing new supply to the platform while fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of experiences through research, curation, and sourcing.
  • Manage the development, planning, production, and execution of supply acquisition projects.
  • Stay updated with trends in the entertainment and travel industries to enhance project outcomes.
  • Source supply and conduct outreach with experience hosts as directed.
  • Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, including agendas and meeting notes.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including briefs and schedules.
  • Develop and circulate weekly project updates tracking goals and progress.
  • Produce clear visual communications and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals as needed.
  • Support vendor training and integration into data tracking systems.
  • Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month to improve supply.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in developing and tracking timelines, budgets, and action items.
  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Experience in sourcing talent and supply with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and updates.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
