About the position

The Supply Manager for the Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Team is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-quality experiences hosted by expert hosts. This role involves managing the supply acquisition funnel, collaborating with vendors, and supporting various teams to meet monthly supply goals. The position requires a strong focus on project management, industry awareness, and fostering inclusivity within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts.
• Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet monthly supply goals.
• Support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.
• Oversee development, planning, and execution of supply acquisition projects.
• Stay updated with trends in entertainment and travel industries.
• Source and conduct early outreach with experience hosts.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
• Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage supply acquisition projects and team milestones through meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Create compelling visual communications and presentations.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals.
• Support vendor training and create acquisition guidebooks.
• Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.

Requirements

• 12+ years in creative development, editorial sourcing, and supply acquisition.
• Experience in project management, experiential travel, or marketing development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in entertainment design, creative advertising, event production, or related fields.
