About the position

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition plays a crucial role in the Acquisition Team, focusing on sourcing and curating high-quality experiences for the platform. This position involves managing the supply acquisition funnel, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring the delivery of in-demand experiences that align with the company's creative vision. The role requires a blend of project management, industry awareness, and effective communication to foster collaboration and achieve supply goals globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of experiences through research, curation, and sourcing.
• Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet supply goals.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply.
• Stay updated with trends in the entertainment and travel industries.
• Foster an inclusive environment for team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead supply acquisition project meetings and manage agendas.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide weekly project updates tracking goals and progress.
• Produce clear visual communications and presentations for stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align goals and ensure project delivery.
• Coordinate with sourcing and production professionals for experience acquisition.
• Support vendor training and integration into data tracking systems.
• Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month to improve supply.
