About the position

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences for the platform. This role involves managing the supply acquisition funnel, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring that the experiences align with the project's brief. The position requires a creative and organized individual who can support teams in bringing new supply to the platform while fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of experiences through research, curation, and sourcing.
  • Manage the development, planning, production, and execution of supply acquisition projects.
  • Execute end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply.
  • Stay updated with trends in the entertainment and travel industries.
  • Source supply and conduct outreach with experience hosts.
  • Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, including meetings and agendas.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Develop and circulate weekly project updates tracking goals and progress.
  • Produce clear visual communications and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals as needed.
  • Support training methods and needs of vendors to integrate into data tracking systems.
  • Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month to improve supply.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage timelines, schedules, budgets, and action items across multiple inputs.
  • Experience in sourcing and acquiring supply for projects.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in the entertainment and travel industries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ability to create and maintain project documentation accurately.
  • Experience in producing visual communications and presentations.

  • Experience in vendor management and training support.
  • Familiarity with data tracking systems and acquisition methods.
