About the position

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences for the platform. This role involves researching, curating, and sourcing experiences hosted by expert hosts, managing the supply acquisition funnel, and collaborating with vendors to achieve monthly supply goals globally. The position requires a creative and organized individual who can support teams and projects to enhance the platform's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of experiences to the platform through research, curation, and sourcing.
  • Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet supply goals.
  • Execute end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply.
  • Stay updated with trends in the entertainment and travel industries.
  • Source supply and conduct outreach with experience hosts as directed.
  • Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, including meetings and agendas.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Provide weekly project updates tracking goals and progress.
  • Produce clear visual communications and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals as needed.
  • Support vendor training and integration into data tracking systems.
  • Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month to improve supply.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with experience in planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage timelines, schedules, budgets, and action items across multiple inputs.
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in the entertainment and travel industries.
  • Experience in sourcing and outreach with experience hosts.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and updates.
  • Ability to create and maintain project documentation accurately.
  • Experience in producing visual communications and presentations.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
