About the position

The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition is responsible for leading the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences for the platform. This role involves researching, curating, and sourcing experiences hosted by expert hosts, managing the supply acquisition funnel, and collaborating with vendors to achieve monthly supply goals globally. The position requires a creative, organized, and passionate individual who can support teams and projects to enhance the platform's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of experiences to the platform through research, curation, and sourcing.
  • Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet supply goals.
  • Execute end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply.
  • Stay updated with trends in the entertainment and travel industries.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, including meetings and agendas.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Provide weekly project updates tracking goals and progress.
  • Produce visual communications and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Inspire collaboration across diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals as needed.
  • Support vendor training and integration into data tracking systems.
  • Attend experiences to improve supply knowledge.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in creative development, editorial sourcing, and supply acquisition for experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends in travel, entertainment, and hospitality.
  • Proven ability to identify high-quality experiences that reflect cultural trends.
  • Experience managing outside vendors for sourcing experiential products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of digital sourcing data processes and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in experiential marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools.
