About The Position
Spectrum Brands is seeking a strategic thinker with a knack for optimizing inventory and supply chains to join our dynamic team as a Supply Planning Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our supply planning processes within an established best-in-class S&OP framework. In this role, you'll develop and execute robust production and purchasing strategies to align supply plans with our inventory investment goals and customer service standards. You'll collaborate closely with commercial teams, sourcing experts, manufacturing plants, and both domestic and international suppliers to manage capacity effectively and ensure the timely availability of finished goods.
