About the position

The Supply Systems Analyst will serve in the Organic/DMISA Division of the Industrial Support Department within NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. This role involves managing and analyzing supply systems related to aviation repair processes, ensuring effective material availability for organic repairs, and coordinating with various maintenance organizations and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage aviation organic and DMISA repair processes and procedures.
• Plan and execute repair requirements to ensure ready for issue (RFI) assets.
• Coordinate with commercial, organic, or DMISA repair vendors for timely delivery of RFI assets.
• Utilize IT systems such as Workflow Pro for repair scheduling and logistics management.
• Provide recommendations for carcass movement to Supply Planners based on Organic STO logic.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Supply Systems Analyst equivalent to GS-11 level or higher.
• In-depth knowledge of Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) repair requirements and funding processes.
• Experience in planning and executing repair requirements for material availability.
• Familiarity with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and Schedule Board in SAP SCM system.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area as required by the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA).
