About the position
The Supply Technician position at the Department of Defense is located at Fort Stewart, GA. Responsibilities
- Administer the Capital Expense Equipment Program (CEEP) for Winn Army Community Hospital.
- Maintain the Centralized Equipment Requirements Program (CERP) and ensure information accuracy.
- Perform research to identify reasons for transaction errors and failures.
- Enter data into multiple databases.
- Prepare recurring status reports.
- Review equipment requests against excess equipment reports.
- Serve as a Purchasing Agent for purchasing equipment.
Requirements
- One year of specialized experience in supply systems and operations support for specialized supplies and equipment.
- Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors.
- Experience in customer service, inventory management, and supply planning.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Government Purchase Card (GPC) training.
- Knowledge of public financial disclosure requirements.
