About the position

The Support Analyst role at Allegis Group is a fully remote position focused on providing exceptional client support for a consumer-directed benefits platform. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, assisting with data and processes, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor task progress and address any bottlenecks or issues in support resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on statuses, resolution progress, and any pertinent changes in processes or procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in client support is preferred.
• Previous experience in consumer directed benefits or benefits administration, TPA, Healthcare benefits, CDH Benefits, Insurance Carrier.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
• High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM tools, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, etc.
