About the position

The Support Business Analyst I will focus on analyzing high-priority issues in production, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring that the application behavior aligns with user expectations. This role requires collaboration with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while understanding the perspectives of end users and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues.
  • Recreate issues for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Analyze system architecture, code, and data.
  • Document steps to reproduce issues.
  • Review system and functional requirements.
  • Assess risks of application issues and document their impact.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in a business analyst role.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale application development.
  • Experience as a developer or business analyst.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Highly organized.
