The Support Service Data Entry Clerk position at Alverno Laboratories is a critical role within our Central Laboratory located at 2434 Interstate Plaza Drive, Hammond, IN. This position operates on a full-time, PRN basis, with shifts scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including rotating shifts and weekend or holiday rotations as needed. Alverno Laboratories is recognized as one of the largest integrated laboratory networks in the Midwest, serving a wide array of hospitals and physician offices. In this role, the individual will be responsible for assisting in meeting the technical departments' turnaround time (TAT) and quality requirements. This includes resolving and troubleshooting pending specimens, completing add-on testing, and addressing any specimen rejections.
