This position involves leading multiple projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, cost efficiency, and timely execution of vendor performance. The specialist will also drive strategic alignment and continuous improvement initiatives across various projects, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment, managing risks, and delivering results across all projects.
• Continuously refine and optimize processes based on feedback, performance metrics, and new best practices.
• Drive overall supplier management strategy and lead Vendor Performance Excellence.
• Manage multiple furniture acquisition projects across various locations, ensuring seamless integration with large-scale construction efforts.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy and optimal resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence, and innovation.

Requirements

• Specialized experience in project management and supplier management.
• Experience in developing detailed project plans and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct site assessments and facilitate communication between vendors and customers.
