About The Position
The Support Specialist acts as the first point-of-contact for all immediate client needs and requests at Dusk Hotel. This role involves monitoring and overseeing the facility to ensure safety and cleanliness, engaging with clients, and facilitating activities that support client progress towards stability. The position requires regular communication with management and documentation of incidents and updates. The Support Specialist will work as part of a team to provide integrated care to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance addiction.
