Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

What you ll be doing:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
Address billing inquiries, service requests, and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue from customer relationships
Manage PSAO solution enrollment, acting as a back-office resource for pharmacy customers
Stay up-to-date with PSAO member requirements and industry changes
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver seamless service
Use customer feedback for continuous improvement and personal development
Apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges
Manage projects of moderate complexity with sound reasoning and accuracy
Work independently with general guidance, receiving detailed instruction on new initiatives as needed
Who we re looking for:
Bachelor s degree
2-4 years experience
Managed Care knowledge preferred
Strong communication skills
Excel user knowledge
