About the position
The Support Staff position at Le Five Indoor Soccer is designed to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining product quality and promoting the facility's offerings. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers and supporting the growth of the brand in North America. The position can be part-time or full-time, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent excellent customer experience
- Ensure that all incoming customers are informed of the products available at Le Five
- Have a general knowledge of all product lines offered at Le Five
- Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Operate the POS (cash register) both efficiently and accurately
- Follow all cash, debit, and credit card procedures as per Company Policy
- Promote and sell products such as leagues, tournaments, training programs, etc.
Requirements
- Bilingual
- Customer service skills
- No experience needed
- Must be at least 18 years old (to serve alcohol)
Nice-to-haves
- Some food service or customer service experience preferred
- Positive, friendly, and passionate attitude
