The role also involves implementing behavior management techniques to drive performance, managing the store associate training program, and ensuring that associates are equipped with the necessary skills for retail sales, merchandising, and complex warehouse operations. The Supervisor will provide ongoing assessments and feedback to associates, driving improvements in behavior and productivity based on observed data. Additionally, the Supervisor will oversee retail store operations, manage point-of-sale operations, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and store standards.
