About The Position
The position involves assisting Project & Business Managers and Project Management Analysts in their duties, providing mentoring and coaching, conducting performance reviews, and leading innovation on process and tools improvements. The role includes supervising, mentoring, and managing the workload and assignments among a specific group. The individual will develop, monitor, and present project and program performance reports, providing broad analytical and operational support to Project & Construction Management (P&CM). Responsibilities also include preparing comprehensive reports to support business operations, coordinating the reporting of financial and schedule risks, and representing Project Controls regarding estimating, scheduling, or cost processes. The position may require extended hours during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
