In this role, you will provide underwriting support and technical administrative assistance to underwriters, management, and other staff members. Your responsibilities will include performing duties associated with bond issuance and agency changes, processing activities in Surety and corporate systems, and maintaining files. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers. This hybrid position requires you to work in our Hoffman Estates, IL and/or Warrenville, IL offices for two days each week, allowing for flexibility while still fostering collaboration with your team. We are looking for candidates who possess strong written and oral communication skills, as you will be corresponding with office personnel and agents regularly. Your ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is essential, as is your organizational skill set. Proficiency with computer software applications utilized by Surety is necessary, and knowledge of surety bond processing is preferred. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year related experience required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to correspond with office personnel and agents.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to work well on a team and independently.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Competent and proficient with computer software applications utilized by Surety.
