About the position

The position is for a fellowship-trained spine surgeon or neurosurgeon to join a leading private orthopedic practice in North Central Florida. The practice has been serving the community for over 30 years and offers a partnership track for the right candidate. The role involves providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a rapidly growing market, with opportunities for a busy practice and a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical and non-surgical treatment for spine-related conditions.
• Participate in call rotation, currently at 1:8, including coverage for a Level II trauma center.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in community outreach and education regarding spine health.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery or neurosurgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery or neurosurgery.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
