About The Position
As a valued member of the Milford Regional Physician Group team, you will play a key role in providing quality healthcare to our patients throughout the community every day with dignity, compassion and respect. The Registration/Surgical Scheduler is responsible for greeting patients in an outpatient physician office, answering a multi-line phone system, patient registration, appointment scheduling, patient referrals, co-pay/collections, as well as scanning and cash reconciliation, all while using a robust electronic medical record system. This position also handles a component of surgical scheduling within the office.
