About The Position
As a Surgical Technician at Riddle Memorial Hospital, you will play a crucial role in facilitating safe and successful surgeries for our patients. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include checking and setting up instruments, performing counts, and scrubbing in to assist the Surgeon during invasive and surgical procedures. Additional duties may involve handling specimens, assisting with patient positioning and transfers, and participating in OR turnover. This position offers opportunities for career development through tuition reimbursement for further education and certifications.
