The role involves a combination of online and offline marketing efforts, client relationship management, and collaboration with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Business Development in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Develop and manage online and offline marketing channels, enhance brand awareness, and expand market coverage.
• Responsible for client acquisition and retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Organize and plan marketing activities, such as promotion events, information sessions, and salons, to attract and convert potential clients.
• Analyze market data and marketing outcomes, adjust marketing strategies, and ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
• Collaborate closely with global partners to promote the market implementation of cooperative projects.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, especially in dealing with high-net-worth clients or within the surrogacy or healthcare sector.
• Familiar with online and offline channel development, with extensive experience in planning and executing marketing activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively driving client engagement and long-term cooperation.
• Strong market analysis and data interpretation skills, with the ability to quickly adjust marketing strategies.
• Teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and related departments.
