The Surveillance Agent I position at Table Mountain Rancheria involves monitoring casino activities to ensure security and compliance with gaming regulations. Responsibilities

• Operate all CCTV Surveillance equipment.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of video monitor console equipment and logging procedures.
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activities or incidents of cheating or theft.
• Prepare and maintain logs and observation reports as per Surveillance Division policies.
• Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with Tribal Gaming Commission regulations.
• Acquire knowledge of casino cheating and theft methods, including card-counting systems.
• Familiarize with lists of undesirables and report any identified individuals to the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Maintain anonymity in the Surveillance Division and conduct oneself positively.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of prior surveillance or monitoring experience preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in gaming, security, or investigative work is beneficial.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video surveillance systems.
