About The Position
The Surveillance Agent is responsible for monitoring the gaming floor to ensure asset protection, detect crimes, violations, and disturbances using video and audio surveillance equipment. This role requires maintaining confidentiality and generating reports in accordance with department policies. The agent will work closely with other surveillance personnel and casino departments to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
