About the position
The Surveillance Agent plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells property. This position involves constant monitoring of live and recorded video feeds to ensure that all activities within the facility adhere to established departmental policies and procedures. The Surveillance Agent is stationed at a workstation, where they vigilantly observe the premises, looking for any suspicious activities or violations that may occur. This role is essential in protecting the assets of the Ho-Chunk Nation and ensuring a safe environment for both employees and guests. In addition to monitoring video feeds, the Surveillance Agent is responsible for effective communication through two-way radios and telephones. They must accurately record information in a daily log and complete reports as necessary, which requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The position demands a proactive approach to surveillance, as the agent must be able to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately to any incidents that arise. The Surveillance Agent will work full-time, with a schedule that includes night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of the gaming environment and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance and computer skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live and recorded video feeds to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Evaluate activities within the facility to protect the assets of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
- Communicate effectively using two-way radios and telephones.
- Record information in a daily log and complete necessary reports.
- Respond to incidents and assess situations as they arise.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in surveillance is required.
- 1 year of computer skills is required.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
