About the position

The Surveillance Officer at Osage Casinos is responsible for protecting casino assets and ensuring the integrity of gaming operations through the use of surveillance equipment and floor observations. This role involves observing and reporting activities to maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent internal and external guest services, treating guests with courtesy and consideration.
  • Cooperate and communicate with fellow employees, exhibiting mutual respect and projecting a positive attitude.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with company staff and regulatory commissions to ensure compliance.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives, and applicable laws and gaming regulations.
  • Conduct investigations into casino-related activities using Electronic Surveillance systems.
  • Draft reports pertaining to observed activities and maintain logs and records as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by operations staff.
  • Ensure that surveillance equipment is functional and log malfunctions according to policy and regulation.
  • Report incidents of sexual harassment, unfair labor practices, and unsafe working conditions to management.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, data entry, and the Internet.
  • Previous casino experience preferred.
  • Must have a clean driving record and reliable telephone access.
  • Must be able to travel to casino sites other than the home site as needed.
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Required to provide documents to show eligibility to work in the United States.
