About the position

This position is responsible for protecting all Osage Casino assets and maintaining the integrity of gaming operations through the use of surveillance equipment and floor observations. The employee's primary duty is to observe and report, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal and external guest services, treating guests with courtesy and consideration.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all company staff and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Conduct investigations into casino-related activities using electronic surveillance systems.
• Draft reports pertaining to observed activities and maintain logs and records as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by operations staff.
• Ensure that surveillance equipment is functional and log any malfunctions according to policy and regulation.
• Report incidents of harassment, unfair labor practices, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Communicate with the Surveillance Supervisor regarding department activities and conduct training as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs and perform data entry.
• Previous casino experience preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable telephone access.
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid Driver's License and provide documents to show eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail.
