About The Position

The Survey CAD Technician role involves providing drafting and design support for surveying projects, requiring expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a strong background in survey drafting. Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive survey work experience or an Associate's Degree in a CAD-related field
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• General knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills

Nice To Haves

• MicroStation experience preferred
• Exceptional client service skills
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained

Responsibilities

• Development of survey plans and construction documents for complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
• Work efficiently and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
