About the position
The Survey CAD Technician will primarily focus on drafting duties for home builder clients, including the production of plot plans, form surveys, and final surveys. The role requires proficiency in various types of surveys and the use of AutoCAD software, with an emphasis on delivering accurate and detailed survey documents.
Responsibilities
- Produce plot plans for home builder clients.
- Create form surveys and final surveys.
- Conduct topographic surveys and boundary surveys.
- Prepare production builder lot stake/envelopes/final title surveys.
- Execute ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
- Experience in land surveying preferred.
- Prior experience with home builders in plot plans or starts department is a plus.
- Associate's degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience.
